This job opportunity is for the position of a Bartender. As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play an essential role in the guest experience by providing attentive service and expertly preparing beverages. As a Bartender, your responsibilities involve welcoming guests with a warm smile, setting up the bar with all necessary supplies before opening, and maintaining the bar throughout your shift. You will suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts, consistently prepare drinks to the established standards using proper recipes, glassware, and garnishes, and accurately process food and drink orders in the point-of-sale system. A key part of your role will be to check back with guests to ensure their satisfaction, provide refills, clear tables, and deliver and settle checks promptly. All duties must be performed while adhering to strict food safety standards to guarantee the well-being of guests and fellow staff.

Physical demands for this position include standing for extended periods (8 to 12 hours), the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds.
