We are currently seeking a talented Bartender to join the Percy family. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about the restaurant and bar industry who thrives in a fast-paced, lively environment. The Bartender role is central to the restaurant’s success, as it directly contributes to creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests through expert food and drink service. The position calls for a person who is confident, knowledgeable, and personable, with an extensive understanding of cocktails, beers, and wines, and who can fluidly communicate menu options with guests and team members alike. This role requires someone who can maintain precise and professional service during busy shifts, while also supporting kitchen and front-of-house operations as needed.

Bartenders at Percy are expected to embody the company’s core values by being clear in communication, caring and attentive to guests, professional in service, honest in their work, and committed to holding the standard high. The successful candidate will have Alcohol Service Certification, impeccable attention to cleanliness and safety, and the ability to efficiently manage cash and credit transactions through the restaurant's point-of-sale system. They need to possess solid multitasking skills, moving behind the bar and throughout the restaurant to assist with bussing and resetting tables, bar backing, and operational support.
