We are currently seeking skilled bartenders who possess a passion for hospitality to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling options, catering to both full-time and part-time availability, with an attractive earning potential ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, including a base wage of $2.13 plus tips. Bartenders at Lupe Tortilla are integral in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing fast, thorough, and consistent service. The ideal candidate is adept at multi-tasking, possesses strong communication skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment. As a bartender, you will not only prepare drinks that meet Lupe Tortilla’s high standards but also guide guests through the menu, ensuring a seamless dining experience.   • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Greet and provide excellent customer service to our bar guests
  • possess menu knowledge and be able to guide the guest throughout the dining experience
  • take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into POS system
  • work quickly and efficiently to take care of our guests and make drinks for service well
  • prepare mixes, drinks and garnishes to Lupe specs
  • maintain cleanliness of bar
  • deliver checks and collect payment
