The role of a Bartender at BoomerJack's Grill is designed for energetic, experienced, and polished service industry professionals who thrive in fast-paced, fun environments. This position requires providing an "All Star" guest experience that is both refined and enjoyable through genuine and expert hospitality. Bartenders at BoomerJack’s are expected to arrive on time, maintain a polished appearance, and work as part of a team to ensure efficiency, engagement, and hospitality. In this role, bartenders not only craft cocktails and serve beverages but also deliver personalized culinary experiences by mastering the Scratch-Kitchen Menu, craft beers, and cocktails. The ideal candidate listens attentively to guests and provides bespoke "All Star Service" tailored to each individual. Job Requirements

  • Food handlers permit required
  • TABC Certification required
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
  • Ability to operate all necessary machinery and food preparation tools
