This position requires providing an "All Star" guest experience that is both refined and enjoyable through genuine and expert hospitality. Bartenders at BoomerJack’s are expected to arrive on time, maintain a polished appearance, and work as part of a team to ensure efficiency, engagement, and hospitality. In this role, bartenders not only craft cocktails and serve beverages but also deliver personalized culinary experiences by mastering the Scratch-Kitchen Menu, craft beers, and cocktails. The ideal candidate listens attentively to guests and provides bespoke "All Star Service" tailored to each individual. - Food handlers permit required
- TABC Certification required
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
- Ability to operate all necessary machinery and food preparation tools

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high energy restaurant/bar

- Deliver a personalized culinary experience to each valued customer by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert on our Scratch-Kitchen Menu, Craft Beers and Cocktails
