The Bartender role at Main Event goes beyond simple drink service – it embodies the spirit of hospitality and entertainment. As a Bartender, you will be entrusted with crafting cocktails, pouring beer, and serving not only food and drinks but also a memorable fun experience for all guests. This role requires a friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge of beverage offerings, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, ensuring all local and state alcohol laws are strictly adhered to.
Your daily duties include warmly welcoming guests, making personalized menu recommendations, accurately processing orders and payments, and anticipating guest needs. You will be an ambassador of fun, engaging with all visitors and creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. The role demands teamwork, communication with management and colleagues, and a proactive approach to maintaining a stocked and clean bar area. This position requires a candidate who is at least 21 years old with prior bartending experience and a guest-focused mindset. The ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends is essential.

- Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
- Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
- Maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar
