- Valid state beverage service certificate where applicable
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with state beverage service laws and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding guest service
