Job Requirements

2-3 years of serving or bartending experience in an upscale establishment
Strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
Hotel or resort experience preferred
Ability to stand for entire shift
Effective guest communication skills
Positive and energetic attitude
Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Job Qualifications

2-3 years of serving or bartending experience in an upscale establishment with strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
Hotel or resort experience preferred
Ability to remain on feet for the entire shift and communicate with guests professionally and effectively
A consistently positive, energetic, and above-and-beyond attitude
Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
Build rapport with guests by delivering enthusiastic, above-and-beyond service
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
Check completed orders with the guest’s original order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Serve and take orders from guests seated at the bar area, offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods
Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty drinks
Demonstrate passion for craft cocktails and contribute creative ideas for cocktail development and menu innovation when opportunities arise
