The club is currently seeking a full-time Bartender who is passionate about delivering superior service and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment. This role is essential in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing excellent beverage service and maintaining operational standards behind the bar. The Bartender will be responsible for stocking and mixing drinks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all state liquor laws and internal policies. Additionally, this position involves direct interaction with guests, responding to their requests and concerns professionally and promptly. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in bartending or formal training, possess comprehensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties, and hold Alcohol Awareness Training certification. The role also includes operational responsibilities such as opening and closing the bar, conducting cash and inventory control, using the Point of Sales System accurately, and supporting special event service including banquet and catered parties. Job Duties
- Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service
- Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records
- Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed
- Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
- Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions
- Utilizes Point of Sales System
- Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events
- Serves catered parties from service or portable bars
- Occasionally serves meals to guests
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Performs other duties as required
