We are currently seeking skilled and personable bartenders to join our distinguished hospitality team. This role is pivotal to the customer service experience, as the bartender will serve as the focal point for the bar operation, delivering timely and expert beverage service in line with Colony Grill's unique approach—"Every Guest is Our Only Guest." Responsibilities include coordinating the operation of the lounge and bar, taking and efficiently processing orders using the Colony Grill POS system, and maintaining clear communication with both front- and back-of-the-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience. The bartender must be knowledgeable about all menu items and able to provide recommendations and detailed information upon request. Adherence to state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service forms the core of the service quality and safety standards upheld by Colony Grill. This role demands a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing and lifting throughout shifts that can last up to 10 hours. This is a part-time or full-time hourly position with competitive pay ranging from $16.35 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
