The role of a Bartender at Flynn Applebee's is a vital position within this dynamic environment. Bartenders are responsible for crafting and mixing outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that meet established quality standards. The role demands friendliness and effective communication with both customers and staff, ensuring a positive and inviting bar atmosphere. Bartenders at Flynn Applebee's will find themselves in a physically active role that requires the ability to remain on their feet and demonstrate well-paced mobility for up to four hours at a time. The job includes reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. This includes transporting plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift, depending on business flow. Safety and hygiene are top priorities, with requirements for wearing protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts and frequently washing hands with disinfectant soap to maintain high cleanliness standards.
