Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop regularly
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and maintain hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 per state law
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer experience
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff
- Collaborate with servers to deliver the best drink experience
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and health guidelines including wearing protective gear and sanitizing hands frequently
- Manage stock of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally
