Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- legal authorization to work
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- comply with company safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a bartender or in a beverage service role preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques

Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
- guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- take accurate orders ensuring guest satisfaction
- deliver friendly and attentive service to build guest loyalty
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure the bar is well stocked and prepared
- adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
