The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Bartender to join its dynamic food and beverage team. This role is essential to the hotel's guest satisfaction strategy, as the Bartender provides personalized service that enhances the overall guest experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, providing food service at the bar, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient bar environment.

The ideal Bartender will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending drinks, preparing alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with the hotel’s standards, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing supplies, verifying legal drinking age with ID checks, processing transactions, and collaborating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
