The role is not only about mixing drinks but also about delivering friendly, prompt, and attentive service that makes every guest feel valued and satisfied.

The position offers a wage starting at $5.50 per hour plus tips, reflecting an excellent opportunity to earn based on your skills and dedication. Alongside competitive pay, the company provides an extensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth. Eligible employees working an average of 30 hours per week can access health insurance, a 401(k) plan with competitive matching, dining discounts, and an employee assistance program. Additionally, Ruth's Chris offers paid sick leave accrual, paid family and medical leave after one year of service, and a referral program to reward you for bringing new talent into the team.

Key responsibilities include preparing the bar for service by restocking and replenishing inventory, ensuring complete compliance with all state and local liquor laws, and maintaining a guest-focused approach to nurture positive experiences. This role requires you to stay calm under pressure, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and be a true team player who supports other front-of-house positions as needed.

Working as a Bartender at Ruth's Chris Steak House gives you the chance to join a prestigious restaurant brand with a legacy of excellence and numerous career advancement opportunities. If you love engaging with guests, have a passion for mixology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is your perfect pairing. You will be stepping into a position that not only offers great benefits but also the chance to be part of a dedicated, vibrant team where your contributions help create memorable moments for every guest.
