Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be of legal drinking age

Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS behind the bar including cheerful prompt greet, hospitality first, engage guests, ease their needs, readiness, and warm closings
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Drive sales through confident recommendations and strong product knowledge
- Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and perform opening and closing duties
- Support servers and front-of-house leadership to maintain service flow
