This role involves employment as a part-time bartender, a vital position in hospitality that requires adeptness in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet bars efficiently and safely. Scheduled workdays are varied, including night and day shifts, weekends, holidays, and Monday to Friday availability. As a bartender for STSS, candidates will either be seasoned with at least one year of experience, or motivated to learn and uphold the companys high standards. The role necessitates physical endurance, as it involves lifting and moving items weighing between 20 to 40 lbs, bending, kneeling, and constant standing throughout shifts. Mastery of bar knowledge is essential, including understanding garnishes, tools, different liquors and beverages, and full bar setup according to each event's BEO (Banquet Event Order). The bartender must also exhibit a professional demeanor by following facility standards related to grooming, dress code, and conduct while working.
