The Galt House Hotel is currently seeking skilled Bartenders to join the team at Jockey Silk's Bourbon Bar. This role involves preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snack items, to patrons. The position demands excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and a welcoming, professional environment. Bartenders will be responsible for greeting customers, verifying age identification, accurately taking and recording orders, and preparing drinks according to established recipes. Additionally, candidates will be expected to promote additional sales of drinks and snacks, respond promptly to customer requests, and manage transactions efficiently using the POS system.

This role requires adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and involves maintaining cleanliness of glassware, bar equipment, and work areas. Bartenders will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and balancing cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts.
