Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to bartend according to state regulations
- a minimum of 6 months of cash handling, serving, and bartending experience is preferred
- lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- up to 50 lbs occasionally
- friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments

Job Duties
- Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs
- interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell offerings
- prepare and serve menu items while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency
- process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely
- uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance
- conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits
- maintain a stocked, clean, and tidy bar area
- other duties as assigned
