Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Legal eligibility to serve alcohol
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check and employment verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner
- Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Stock and replenish bar supplies and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
