We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our vibrant team. Bartenders at P.F. Chang's play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing outstanding hospitality and expertly crafting beverages according to the restaurant’s recipes. This position is hourly paid starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips, with pay rates adjusted based on experience. As a core member of the restaurant team, Bartenders contribute to the lively atmosphere of the establishment while ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and beverage quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, operating and cleaning bar equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards. You will work closely with other hospitality team members to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their visit. Additionally, Bartenders must understand the restaurant’s seating layout, assist in table setting and clearing, and follow company policies on responsible alcohol service. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, a customer-focused attitude, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
