Established as a chain of 16 sports bar restaurants, BoomerJack's Grill also operates the popular live-music venue Bedford Ice House and Sidecar Social, an impressive 20,000 square foot social experience located in Addison. We are currently seeking energetic, experienced, and polished service industry professionals to join our team as bartenders at our newest location. This role requires individuals who can thrive in busy, fun environments and who consistently exceed expectations through genuine hospitality and expertise. As a bartender at BoomerJack's Grill, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an "All Star" guest experience by offering refined yet fun service. You will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests by combining your knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and our Scratch-Kitchen Menu with a personal touch that makes each visit special. Punctuality, professionalism, and a polished appearance are essential, as you represent BoomerJack's Grill and its brand to every guest who walks through our doors. Job Requirements
- Must have experience in the service industry
- Ability to work in fast-paced and busy environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be punctual and have a polished appearance
- Willingness to obtain or have Food Handlers permit and TABC certification
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high energy restaurant/bar
Job Duties
- Provide an "All Star" refined yet fun guest experience through genuine, expert hospitality
- Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
- Work as part of a team to initiate efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and "All Star Fun"
- Deliver a personalized culinary experience to each valued customer by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert on our Scratch-Kitchen Menu, Craft Beers and Cocktails
- Listen to the guest and provide "All Star Service" that's just for them
