Job Description

Cinepolis USA is a leading luxury cinema exhibitor committed to delivering enhanced movie-going experiences through its innovative theater concepts such as "Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas" and "Movie House & Eatery." Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Cinepolis operates 26 luxury and premium theaters across various states including California, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, Maryland, and Ohio, with ambitious plans for further expansion. As a member of the global Cinepolis International family, the company stands among the most popular movie theater exhibitors worldwide, known for its dedication to film, hospitality, and continuous innovation in entertainment. Cinepolis USA’s theaters are designed not only to showcase the latest films but also to offer guests a distinct and refined environment where quality food, beverages, and customer service are paramount.

The role of a Bartender within Cinepolis USA is vital to enhancing the guest experience and upholding the establishment's reputation for exceptional service. This position is located within the operations department at the theater and reports directly to the General Manager. The successful bartender will be a dynamic team member responsible for greeting guests warmly at all bar areas, quickly and accurately taking orders, and utilizing selling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction. They must be well-versed in the menu offerings—including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages—and able to recommend options confidently. The bartender also ensures strict compliance with alcohol service policies, verifying patrons' age and monitoring alcohol consumption to maintain safe environments.

In addition to the direct service to guests, the bartender is entrusted with maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards, including washing glassware and sanitizing equipment regularly to guarantee a hygienic and welcoming bar area. Handling transactions promptly and accurately ensures guests enjoy a seamless transition into their theater experience. The role requires flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends, reflecting the operating hours of the cinema. Bartenders at Cinepolis USA benefit from generous employee perks such as discounts on tickets, food, and beverages, and recognition for key work anniversaries. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy engaging with diverse guests, and are passionate about hospitality excellence while supporting Cinepolis’s mission to innovate and lead in the cinema exhibition industry.
