The role we are offering is essential to maintaining the high standards of guest experience that Spare Time Entertainment is known for. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated server and bartender who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service that aligns with our Steps of Service. This role demands a comprehensive knowledge of our full menu offerings, the ability to recommend dishes and drinks thoughtfully, and adherence to our strict service protocols and quality guidelines. The successful candidate will also manage the bar area by skillfully mixing and serving both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following standardized recipes and our company’s pouring guidelines.

Additionally, this position involves maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment by preparing tables for guests, busing tables, assisting with food preparation as needed, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and quality regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to guest interaction by patrolling assigned sections, responding promptly to guests’ needs, and addressing any concerns professionally and efficiently. A key responsibility also includes monitoring alcohol consumption in accordance with state laws and company policy, verifying identification confidently to maintain a safe and lawful serving environment.

Operational duties include accurate and efficient use of the POS system for order processing and transaction handling, completing all necessary shift paperwork with organization and consistency, and performing opening and closing duties reliably. Maintaining equipment cleanliness and adherence to health department codes are critical to this role, as is keeping stock and serving areas organized and replenished. The company supports ongoing professional development and requires the maintenance of current certifications in compliance with local and state regulations.
