Candidates must be at least 21 years old, according to state law, and demonstrate a commitment to making a meaningful impact in their position. This position requires the ability to remain stationary and exhibit well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours, including safely lifting up to 25 pounds and frequently transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Effective verbal communication and attentive listening are also essential. Physical safety and cleanliness are priorities, with the need to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, and frequently wash hands.
