Known for its commitment to quality service and community engagement, it operates a range of dining establishments that emphasize customer satisfaction and employee development. The company prides itself on fostering a positive and dynamic work environment where team members can thrive, grow their skills, and advance their careers. With a strong presence in the Baltimore area, Atlas Restaurant Group supports its employees by providing opportunities for learning, career development, and involvement in a company that values both its workforce and the community it serves.

The Bartender role at Atlas Restaurant Group is a vital position that plays a key part in creating an exceptional guest experience. This position involves greeting customers warmly, understanding their preferences, answering their questions about the menu, and recommending appropriate food and beverage options. Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and some food items, using proper recipes, equipment, and ingredients. In addition to beverage preparation, bartenders engage in upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the establishment's revenue. Furthermore, the role includes performing regular cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe bar area.

Bartenders at Atlas must be dependable, personable team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They need to manage multiple tasks efficiently while paying close attention to detail, particularly in drink preparation and utilizing mixing tools and techniques. Physical stamina is important, as bartenders often stand, walk, bend, and lift items throughout their shifts. The role demands maintaining composure and professionalism, even in challenging situations, while consistently delivering outstanding service to guests.

The position is available as both full-time and part-time, with varying compensation based on location and state regulations. For example, pay rates range from $2.13 to $10.00 per hour plus tips across different states, including Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida, and Texas. Full-time employees working over 30 hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k contributions, life and AD&D insurance fully paid by the company, learning and development programs, growth opportunities, pet insurance, and discounts on Atlas properties. Part-time employees also have access to select benefits such as 401k contributions, life insurance, learning programs, advancement opportunities, and property discounts.

Joining Atlas Restaurant Group as a bartender is more than just a job; it is a pathway to career growth within a supportive environment. Employees regularly interact with ownership and senior management, providing direct insight into the company’s values and goals.
