Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in bartending or relevant hospitality role
Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Ability to handle high-volume service periods
Good communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with BBQ cuisine is a plus
Must comply with local laws regarding alcohol service and age restrictions

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktail mixing techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with BBQ cuisine preferred
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service

Job Duties

Knowledgeable about various types of spirits, beers, wines, and mixers, and able to recommend appropriate pairings with BBQ dishes
Provide exceptional hospitality by welcoming guests, taking orders, engaging with customers, and answering inquiries about the menu to create a positive guest experience
Ability to make drinks and serve alcohol in high-volume periods efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and proper sanitation procedures by maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Familiarity with BBQ cuisine and understanding of different BBQ styles, cuts of meat, and traditional flavors to offer informed recommendations to patrons
Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team
