BoomerJack's Grill is a renowned sports bar and restaurant chain known for its vibrant atmosphere, mouthwatering dishes, and exceptional hospitality. The company operates 16 sports bar restaurants along with other entertainment venues such as the Bedford Ice House live-music venue and Sidecar Social, a massive 20,000 square foot social experience located in Addison. BoomerJack's Grill combines the excitement of live music, major sports on 18-foot screens, and an enormous outdoor patio to create a unique, high-end experience for guests. We are currently hiring energetic, experienced, and polished bartenders to join our dynamic team at BoomerJack's Grill. This role requires service industry professionals who thrive in fast-paced, busy environments and are passionate about exceeding guest expectations through expert hospitality. As a bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering a refined yet fun experience by crafting high-quality cocktails, offering personalized service, and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. You will become familiar with our Scratch-Kitchen menu and extensive craft beer and cocktail selections to ensure every guest feels valued and enjoys a memorable culinary experience. Job Requirements

Obtain a Food Handlers permit
Obtain a TABC Certification
Experience working in a fast-paced high energy restaurant bar
Must be able to operate all required machinery and food preparation tools
Be prompt and dependable
Positive committed trustworthy and responsible
Must know and respect the skills and techniques necessary to prepare high quality food and beverages

Provide an 'All Star' refined yet fun guest experience through genuine expert hospitality
Arrive at work on time in uniform with a polished appearance

Deliver a personalized culinary experience to each valued customer by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert on our Scratch-Kitchen Menu Craft Beers and Cocktails
Listen to the guest and provide 'All Star Service' that is just for them
