The role being offered is a Beverage Server position within ASM Global’s Food and Beverage Division. This is a front-line service job focused on setting up and servicing beverage locations at various events hosted within ASM Global managed venues. The candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages for sale, handling cash transactions accurately, and enforcing all liquor laws applicable within the venue. This position requires diligence in verifying liquor inventory and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the work area. Furthermore, the role emphasizes providing outstanding and efficient service to customers, ensuring they have a pleasant experience with beverage options. Employees in this role report to Food and Beverage personnel and are expected to uphold dress codes and professional appearance standards.

Ideal applicants for this position must be at least 21 years old and hold a current Texas Alcohol Server's Permit. Flexibility in work hours is essential as events may fall during nights, weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours. Candidates should demonstrate strong math skills for cash handling, basic knowledge of bar operations, and the ability to follow directions precisely. The physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods, walking throughout the facility, and lifting up to 25 pounds. An ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while working in a team environment is also critical for success.
