The Bartender position at Malibu Jack's Lafayette is a part-time role essential to maintaining the quality and excitement guests expect from our venues. Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that meet recipe standards, providing friendly and knowledgeable service to guests, processing transactions accurately through the POS system, and ensuring all bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role demands an upbeat attitude, a dedication to quality customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with a motivated team. The Bartender also plays a key role in promoting safety and compliance, including checking IDs to prevent underage drinking, adhering to sanitation protocols, and maintaining a clean and inviting bar area.
