Flynn Group offers competitive wages starting at $6.75 plus tips, along with daily pay benefits (except in California), healthcare coverage, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and paid sick leave.

Physical standards for the position include the ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours, frequently lifting items up to 25 pounds, and carrying dishes and glasses multiple times per shift. Safety is prioritized with requirements to wear protective gloves and face coverings, regularly wash hands, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies.
