Job Requirements

Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages as required by law
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Physical ability to lift and carry beverage containers and equipment
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to learn and adapt to new beverage trends

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
Strong knowledge of beer styles, cocktails, and drink mixing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash and tabs
Ability to stand for prolonged periods during shifts

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages quickly and accurately from taps and cocktail shakers
Guide guests through the diverse beverage menu and make recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction
