As a Bartender at Cooper's Hawk, you play a pivotal role in crafting memorable guest interactions through a warm, knowledgeable, and skillful approach to beverage service. Job Duties

  • arrive prepared with your station stocked, garnishes prepped, and all tools in working order
  • maintain full knowledge of Cooper's Hawk food, drink, and wine menus, as well as steps of service
  • ensure opening and mid-shift checklists are completed so the bar is ready for guests from the start
  • keep your bar area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
  • wash and sterilize glassware as needed to prevent delays in service
  • communicate clearly with servers, food runners, hosts, and the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and timely
  • greet each guest warmly, using their name when possible, and engage in friendly conversation
  • offer thoughtful wine, cocktail, and food recommendations based on guest preferences
  • actively educate guests about the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club and invite them to join
  • complete closing duties to set the next shift up for success
