Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Prior bartending experience
- Valid permit to serve alcohol in the state of service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Physical capability to carry trays, lift up to 35 pounds, stand or walk for 6-8 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, squat, stoop frequently
- Good hearing despite loud background noise
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Prior bartending experience
- Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by state law
- Advanced knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and wine

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and procedures
- Ensure timely and quality beverage service for guests and service staff
- Set up, clean, and stock the bar including achieving par levels and making bulk recipes
- Operate point-of-sale system to ring up food and beverage orders and handle payments
- Comply with all state and local liquor laws and company alcohol service policies
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any guest needs or requests
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold company standards and policies throughout work shifts
