Job Requirements

Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
Authorized to work in the United States
Excellent customer service and people skills
In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
Strong attention to detail
High energy levels
Ability to work in a team
Excellent verbal communication
Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

Legally able to serve and pour alcohol in your state
Ability to read recipes and make drinks according to standards

Job Duties

Patient planning & advocacy services
Roll clean silverware for service
Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
Clean and reset bar after guests leave
Sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
Able to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
Able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
Help with food running
Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
Follow Manager directions throughout a shift
Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
We offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery
