As an Applebee's Bartender, your role is critical to creating a memorable dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for mixing exceptional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to complement the service provided by the waitstaff. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to maintain a friendly and engaging atmosphere for both staff and customers. Bartenders at Applebee's are expected to produce fantastic drinks according to established standards, ensuring quality and consistency every time. While the role is demanding, it is equally rewarding, offering a lively and enjoyable work environment.

This position is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to making a positive impact within the team. The compensation package includes competitive wages with the potential to earn tips, healthcare benefits, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and paid sick leave. Applebee's also offers a Daily Pay option (not available in California) to provide immediate access to earned wages. Physical duties include the ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours, safe handling and lifting of items up to 25 pounds, frequent transport of dishes and glasses, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective coverings and using disinfectants throughout the shift.
