The bartender role at Applebee's plays a vital part in enhancing the guest experience by mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to Applebee's established specifications. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred prior experience as bartender or mixologist
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
Engage with guests to provide exceptional service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed
Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar
Promote a fun and energetic atmosphere in the restaurant
Support team members during peak hours
