As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to serve exceptional drinks to customers alongside servers. This role demands a friendly and approachable demeanor towards both staff and guests, craftsmanship in drink preparation according to established standards, and the ability to create an enjoyable bar atmosphere. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, compliant with state law, possess excellent communication skills, and have a commitment to making impactful contributions to the team and customer experience. Compensation includes competitive wages starting at minimum wage plus opportunities for tips.
