The Bartender role at DRG is a vital position that combines customer interaction, mixology skills, and operational responsibility to provide guests with a memorable dining and beverage experience. Bartenders at DRG are entrusted with the task of engaging guests warmly and creating personalized, unique experiences that align with the brand's reputation. This role requires equal parts enthusiasm, attention to detail, and expertise in beverage preparation, ensuring guests cannot replicate the experience elsewhere. The Bartender position plays an essential role in strengthening brand identity and customer loyalty, directly influencing the overall guest experience.
In this capacity, Bartenders greet guests enthusiastically; take and process orders; prepare and serve drinks; and maintain cleanliness and safety across bar areas and seating spaces, including both indoor and outdoor sections. They ensure the bar remains fully stocked throughout their shift and adhere strictly to food safety, job duties, and code of conduct policies. A crucial component is the responsible service of alcohol, including verifying guests' identification to confirm legal drinking age before serving. Flexibility and punctuality are necessary traits for maintaining consistent working hours, alongside a commitment to a professional appearance and tidy work habits. Bartenders contribute to a safe and welcoming environment by upholding all guidelines under the Responsible Alcohol Service Policy. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- must be TIPS certified
- minimum of 6 months bartender experience
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- maintain current health card or work permits according to state or local requirements
- ability to stand and walk continuously throughout scheduled shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform motions involving walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive motions

Job Duties
- Greet each guest with enthusiasm
- take and ring orders, and handle payments
- prepare drinks as ordered
- maintain a clean and safe work environment in both the bar, seating areas indoors and outdoors
- ensure the bar is fully stocked for the shift
- follow all policies and procedures regarding food safety, job duties and code of conduct
- punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employment
