The role of a Bartender at Invited is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and member satisfaction that the company is known for. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for beverage control, ensuring the accurate pouring and serving of products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This position requires delivering exceptional service aligned with the club's standards while meeting or exceeding member expectations. You will consistently uphold the three steps of service at every opportunity to enhance the member and guest experience, contributing to the overall atmosphere of hospitality and professionalism.

This role reports to key leadership figures in the food and beverage department, including the Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or Director of Banquets. Your daily responsibilities will include delivering high standards of service as outlined in the food and beverage service training program, assisting with food and beverage service at the bar, and providing personalized service by knowing members' names and greeting them warmly. Accurate order execution, professional complaint resolution, and preparation of the bar area before each shift are essential duties that support smooth operations.

Additional responsibilities involve maintaining the bar's cleanliness, managing inventory and beverage control, supporting fellow employees, and being proactive in meeting the club's service standards. Due to the dynamic nature of club operations, flexibility in taking on additional tasks and assisting other team members is expected.
