Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
- Strong multitasking abilities in a busy bar setting
- Current alcohol and food certifications as required by the state
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Craft a variety of cocktails including classic and innovative drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging personality
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment
- Design signature drinks that elevate the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Communicate effectively with the team, including verbal communication in Spanish
- Ensure compliance with state alcohol and food certification requirements
