Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years per state law
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings
- Compliance with disinfectant cleaning practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bar area
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
- Lift and transport items up to 25 pounds
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
