- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and pairings
- Suggest drinks based on customer preferences
- Greet customers and take orders efficiently

- Handle complaints or concerns professionally

- Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system
