Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware and utensils
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral with ability to adjust focus
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu
- Experience working in fast-paced restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days for California employees
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service at the bar exceeding customer expectations
- Craft every drink to perfection following proper safety, tools, and recipe standards
- Have extensive knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend or upsell items
- Support all restaurant areas as business needs arise demonstrating teamwork
- Provide expertise and assistance to servers on beverage selections
- Maintain commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
