Job Requirements
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
- Stand for extended periods, walk, and use hands and arms to mix drinks
- Lift up to 40 lbs and handle heavy kegs or boxes of supplies
- Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to loud noise and occasional crowding
- Perform tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination and close vision for reading labels and handling small items
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years craft cocktail or upscale bar experience
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic technique
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
Job Duties
- Craft refined, memorable cocktails that reflect our elevated steakhouse and tavern atmosphere
- Lead beverage creativity through seasonal features and signature drinks
- Maintain exceptional bar standards, speed, accuracy, and presentation
- Deliver warm, engaging hospitality that keeps guests returning
- Support inventory, training, and beverage program enhancements
