The Bartender role at Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse is a vital position focused on bar execution, guest engagement, and sales performance. Individuals in this role are tasked with consistently applying Parry's signature "CHEERS" approach, which includes cheerful and prompt greeting, prioritizing hospitality, engaging guests on a personal level, anticipating their needs, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and closing each guest interaction with warmth and intention. Bartenders prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently while driving sales through confident recommendations rooted in strong product knowledge. Beyond serving drinks, bartenders play an integral part in maintaining the flow of the bar, contributing to an overall seamless guest experience. They support servers and front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service operations.
