This establishment is fiercely independent yet community-oriented, emphasizing the creation of outstanding memories through excellent food, beverages, and service. The culture at The Post revolves around hospitality, teamwork, and connection with guests and the local area, making it a standout choice for those looking to contribute to a vibrant and dynamic hospitality scene.

This job opportunity focuses on the role of Bartender, an essential position responsible for enhancing the guest experience through expert preparation and service of beverages. Bartenders at The Post are more than beverage servers; they are storytellers, entertainers, and vital participants in creating a familial and fun environment at the bar. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a deep understanding of the proper service steps and etiquette, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven work environment. Candidates must possess superlative communication skills and maintain composure under pressure while adapting to the fluid demands typical in a busy restaurant setting.

The position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with a flexible schedule that primarily includes nights and weekends. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $21 to $27 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through tips. The Post values professional growth, offering training and development programs and supporting certifications such as the Cicerone Certification and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification. Benefits for full-time team members include medical, dental, and vision insurance starting after six months of employment, alongside paid sick time and employee discounts.

Working at The Post means joining a dedicated team committed to providing the highest quality hospitality and crafting a welcoming environment where every guest feels special and every team member is valued. The restaurant prides itself on maintaining impeccably clean and well-run kitchens and dining spaces designed for comfort and enjoyment. Joining The Post is an invitation to be part of a legacy defined by passion, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in the hospitality industry.
