BelAir Cantina is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Bartenders to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about great food and beverages and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Bartender at BelAir Cantina, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including their signature margaritas, while delivering exceptional guest service with a smile. The position offers flexible scheduling, making it perfect for students or those balancing busy lives. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Basic math skills to handle transactions
