Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand for long periods
Strong customer service skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe are a plus

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests and provide drinks and service to team members following standard recipes and procedures
Guide guests through food and beverage menus with thorough knowledge of offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and team members to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
Engage with guests to create a lively and fun atmosphere
