As the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, Invited manages more than 130 country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs across the United States. These clubs offer first-class amenities including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, fitness centers, and much more. With a workforce of over 17,000 employees, Invited is committed to building meaningful relationships and enriching the lives of its members, guests, and staff through exceptional service and inclusive team culture.

Joining Invited means becoming part of a dynamic and forward-thinking company that prioritizes the success of its employees alongside the satisfaction of its members. The company values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous growth, offering a supportive environment where employees are empowered to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the club experience.

As a Bartender at Invited, you will play a vital role in maintaining high beverage service standards and ensuring member and guest satisfaction. This position demands responsibility for beverage control, accurate pouring, and the overall cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering exemplary service in accordance with Invited's Food & Beverage training program, assisting in the service of food and beverages at the bar, and creating a warm and personalized experience by knowing and promptly greeting members by name. Accuracy and timeliness in executing orders and requests are paramount, as is the ability to professionally resolve any member or guest concerns while promptly notifying management.

Preparation of the bar area at the start of each shift, including stocking bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensures that the environment is ready for service excellence. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift is critical, alongside completing daily assignments and side work to uphold club standards. A comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, daily features, and specials is necessary, as is familiarity with all liquor, beer, and wine offerings to responsibly manage beverage control.

Bartenders are also expected to foster a positive team environment by supporting fellow employees and proactively assisting guests to consistently deliver superior service. This includes completing additional tasks as assigned by management and actively participating in team efforts to support club operations and success.

This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth, including maintaining any necessary certifications related to alcohol and food safety. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods, work in assorted environments, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. You will utilize various tools and equipment such as trays, POS systems, bottle openers, wine tools, blenders, and bar dishwashers.

Invited provides an inclusive and supportive workplace, offering a comprehensive Total Rewards package. Full-time employees enjoy benefits like medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off.
