Job Duties
- Accurately complete cash, credit card and gift card transactions using point of sale system
- Upsell to guests by suggesting menu items to accompany beverage selections
- Prepare beverages consistent with quality and food safety standards
- Maintain sanitation of the preparation and service areas
- Stock condiments, napkins, straws, etc. for guest use
- Clean tables and chairs, sweep/mop floors and empty trash in the bar/dining area
- Check customer's identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
- Mix all drinks based on the standard serving sizes, keeping drink costs at a minimum
- Transfer products between locations
- Receive and inventory shipments from vendors
- Assist with monthly inventory and ordering
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
- Collaborate with management on specials
