Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- must be able to communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- must be able to read and communicate in English
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Micros
- must adhere to professional dress code requirements
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- manage personal bank and ensure financial transaction accuracy
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report concerns
- follow bar recipes to deliver consistent products
- maintain cleanliness and organization of station
- greet guests promptly and take accurate orders
- maintain thorough menu knowledge and answer questions
- enter orders into Micros system quickly and accurately
- complete sales and station side work
- operate Micros and handle credit transactions
- ensure proper food garnishing and timely delivery
- work efficiently adhering to hands in/hands out philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- perform opening and closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- help other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- monitor ongoing guest satisfaction
- foster positive working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- be friendly and smile frequently
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment
